We contacted Harrisons Curtains & Blinds via their website and the next day someone rang to make an appointment for Kylee to pop over to show us their range of options, measure up and give us a quote.
We saw Kylee a week or so later and she came to our house with a good range of products to choose from. We spent some time talking about what we wanted and Kylee made some good suggestions but also allowing me time to think about what would work for us.
The quote was pretty much done onsite and was then emailed to us that day. I locked it all in that evening and Kylee informed me of the timeline to get the blinds installed.
A week or so before we were due to have the blinds installed I emailed Kylee just on the off chance asking if we could get the blinds installed sooner as we had guests coming to stay, and she managed to work this in with her supplier and installer. The blinds were installed two days before our guests arrived!
